These Terms ( said Terms ) govern access to the jetrixx site, mobile apps, trading the "Services") run by jetrixx. Account creation implies full agreement the Terms entire.
1. Eligibility. Users need to be adults in their jurisdiction and legally able to form binding contracts. Where we are unlicensed or excluded, locals cannot participate. Account accuracy and login secrecy are your duty.
2. Services. jetrixx runs an electronic trading platform for the markets listed on this platform. Nothing here is investment advice; each decision remains yours. Market data displayed is informational only and may lag or delay at moments.
3. Risks. Trading involves substantial loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Leverage can push losses beyond your initial margin. Trade only money which losing entirely you can absorb.
4. Fees. Charges, spreads and funding rates appear on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Pricing may shift once fairly notified.
5. Prohibited uses. Market manipulation, abusing technical holes, IP infringement and unlawful purposes are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered by the same prohibition.
6. Liability. Where law permits legal extent, jetrixx excludes indirect, special and consequential losses tied to your use.
7. Amendments. These Terms might be updated over time. Continued use after changes means agreement. Controlling law comes from the home jurisdiction of our operating entity.
