This policy explains how jetrixx ("we") gathers, uses and protects personal data across our site and platform. Our role is controller for these data.
Data we collect. Identity and contact data and comparable identifiers plus KYC documents mandated by law. Additionally stored: trade and settlement records, device data and helpdesk threads. EU/UK lawful bases: contract fulfilment, complying with law, and legitimate interest.
Purpose of use. Running your account, settling positions, satisfying regulators, fraud prevention, platform security, plus optional product emails with easy opt-out.
Who sees data. Data reaches only operational providers (custody, payment, verification), authorities on valid demand, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Retention & security. Data is kept for account lifetime and statutory periods (commonly five to seven years for transactions). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and ISO 27001-audited access governance.
Your choices. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection rights may be used via [email protected]. Responses follow the legally set windows.
